Advisory Committee Meetings

For more than 20 years, Brooke Pro Sound & Vision has partnered with experts in both the pharmaceutical and medical device fields. In that time, we’ve supported more than seventy-five Sponsors, been involved in hundreds of Advisory Committee preparations, and have worked with companies throughout the United States and Europe. We have also successfully transitioned our support to Sponsors using FDA’s current virtual format in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The most important aspect of our service is to provide a platform for our clients to deliver clear, effective, beneficial communication. This includes providing technical support for both the presentation to as well as the critical question and answer sessions from an FDA Advisory Committee in which we have developed a proven, secure data retrieval system.

For Advisory Committee preparations, our services provide all aspects of audio visual through each program stage as well as the Advisory Committee hearing. This support includes an accurate set up of a mock committee hearing, main presentation projection, Q&A slide retrieval system with preview monitoring and slide search interface, audio reinforcement and video recording, breakout room support and graphics networking.
